These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and luki91 ("luki91", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at luki91.cam and all associated services, features and content offered through that website (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, you represent that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

By registering an Account, accessing the Platform or placing a Bet, you unconditionally accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform regardless of location, device, browser or access method. Using the Platform via a mobile device, a third-party application or any other interface does not exempt a User from these Terms.

Acceptance is personal to you. You may not assign, transfer or delegate your rights or obligations under this Agreement to any third party without our prior written consent.

To open and maintain an Account on luki91, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's applicable licence jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You are not a resident of any Prohibited Jurisdiction, and your access to the Platform does not violate any law, regulation or obligation applicable to you.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform, whether voluntarily through self-exclusion or involuntarily by the operator.
• You are not a politically exposed person (PEP) or subject to any sanction that would prohibit you from transacting on international gaming platforms.
• You are not an employee, director, officer or close family member of luki91 or any of its contracted service providers or technology partners.

luki91 reserves the right to request documentary evidence verifying eligibility at any time. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances held pending investigation.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date at all times.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. luki91 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected] so that appropriate security measures can be applied.

luki91 reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any Account at its discretion, including where the operator has reason to believe that a User's access to the Platform presents a compliance, legal or reputational risk.

Deposits may be made using payment methods listed in the Platform cashier at the time of your transaction. The availability of specific methods — including mobile wallets commonly used in Pakistan such as Easypaisa and JazzCash, bank transfer services including Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, and cryptocurrency options including BTC and USDT — is subject to change and is determined by the operator at its sole discretion.

Reference to these payment providers is made as contextual information only. None of the named providers endorses, supports or is affiliated with luki91 or gambling activity on this Platform. Users must satisfy themselves that their use of a particular payment method complies with the terms and conditions of that provider.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and will trigger an account review.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the Platform cashier and are subject to change without notice.
• luki91 does not accept cash deposits under any circumstances.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account balance promptly following successful payment confirmation, though processing windows may vary by method.

luki91 reserves the right to decline, reverse or withhold a deposit where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms.

Users may request a withdrawal of their available account balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this clause. The following requirements must be satisfied before a withdrawal will be processed:

• Identity Verification (KYC): Satisfactory identity documents must be provided and verified before the first withdrawal and at any subsequent point requested by the operator's compliance team.
• Name Matching: The name on the withdrawal destination account must exactly match the name on your luki91 account. Mismatched details will result in the withdrawal being held pending clarification.
• Wagering Requirements: Where a Bonus has been applied to your account, the applicable wagering requirements must be met in full prior to withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw before meeting requirements may result in forfeiture of the Bonus amount.

luki91 may offer promotional bonuses, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and other incentives ("Promotions") from time to time. The following general terms apply to all Promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All Promotions are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, minimum odds, eligible game restrictions and maximum bet limits as detailed in the individual promotion terms.
• Promotions are available to eligible account holders only. New account bonuses are available once per household, IP address and payment method.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived exclusively from Bonus funds are non-withdrawable until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been satisfied in full.
• luki91 reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate any Promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Where it is determined that a User has abused a Promotion — including but not limited to placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, using bonus funds across multiple accounts, or exploiting any technical error — the operator reserves the right to void the Bonus, void associated winnings and close the Account.
• Bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the Platform. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published separately in the relevant sections of the Platform:

• Bets placed are binding once confirmed. Confirmation is indicated by a bet receipt displayed on screen and recorded in your account history.
• Bets placed in error — including on incorrect odds displayed due to a manifest technical error — may be voided by the operator at its discretion, regardless of outcome.
• Winnings are credited to your account balance following settlement of the relevant event or game round.
• Where an event is cancelled, suspended or declared void under the applicable sport's governing rules, bets will be settled according to the operator's specific sport rules for that scenario.
• Live betting ("in-play") markets are subject to suspension and re-pricing at any time. Bets accepted during a live market are binding unless a manifest error is established.

• Operating multiple Accounts or assisting another person to circumvent the single-account rule.

• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing or collusion with other users or third parties in relation to sporting events or casino games.
• Abusing Promotions, including systematic exploitation of bonus terms, artficial bet hedging or coordinated bonus abuse across multiple accounts.
• Laundering money or otherwise using the Platform for any illicit financial purpose.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction, including attempting to circumvent geographic restrictions through VPNs or proxy services.
• Engaging in any conduct that is harassing, abusive, defamatory or otherwise harmful towards other users or luki91 staff.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, exploit, hack or otherwise interfere with the Platform's technical infrastructure.

luki91 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and relevant regulatory bodies where there is evidence of criminal activity on or through the Platform.

luki91 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. Gambling should be an entertainment activity — not a source of income, a coping mechanism or a financial strategy. The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on how much you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Restrict how much you can lose in a defined period.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, luki91, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption or computer damage — arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

luki91 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability or fitness for a particular purpose of any content available on the Platform. All content is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

In no event shall luki91's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this clause shall limit luki91's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

luki91 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false or fraudulent information;
• Suspected money laundering, fraud or other criminal activity;
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the stipulated time;
• Prohibited conduct as defined in Clause 10;
• Regulatory requirements or legal obligations that necessitate account closure.

Upon termination, any remaining balance (after deduction of bonuses not yet wagered and amounts subject to ongoing investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to satisfactory identity verification and compliance review.

You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before closing your account, ensure there are no pending bets or outstanding withdrawals that could be affected.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which luki91 holds its applicable operating licence. Users are encouraged to review the specific jurisdictional details available in the Platform's licensing information section.

In the event of any dispute between you and luki91 arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties shall endeavour to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. Where negotiation is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be referred to the competent courts or dispute resolution body of the governing jurisdiction.

Pakistani users acknowledge that disputes cannot be resolved through Pakistani courts to the extent that such courts lack jurisdiction over the Platform's operating entity. luki91 recommends that all users obtain independent legal advice before pursuing any formal dispute resolution process.

luki91 reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they substantially affect your rights or obligations — we will use reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
